Also brings with it the shadows of deceitful platforms, and q2567.xyz, unfortunately, falls into this category. Here’s why:
1. The domain was just registered last May
In the digital realm, a website’s age often speaks volumes about its credibility.
A newly registered domain can sometimes be a red flag, indicating a potential scam. q2567.xyz, from my research on Whois.com, was registered just last May.Â
This recent registration is concerning, especially for an online gambling platform that claims to be legitimate.
2. Misleading Claims of Registration in the Philippines
q2567.xyz boasts about its registration with PAGCOR, the official regulatory body for gambling in the Philippines.Â
They even flaunt a certificate on their about us page, claiming registration on September 21, 2022, valid for three years.
However, a thorough search of their company name, “Q25 International Gaming CO., LTD.“, on PAGCOR’s official website reveals no such registration.
3. Negative Feedback on their Facebook Page
Social media platforms, especially Facebook, are often a goldmine of user feedback.
A quick glance at the comments on q2567.xyz’s Facebook page reveals a slew of disgruntled users.
Many complain about winning money into their gaming accounts, and not receiving it.Â
To add insult to injury, the platform’s customer service representatives seem to be MIA, leaving these users in the lurch.
4. Absence of Legitimate Email Address And Contact Number
A hallmark of a genuine business is its transparency in providing valid contact avenues for its users.
However, q2567.xyz’s contact us page glaringly lacks a legitimate email address or contact number.Â
Interestingly, they do have a Facebook (which I told already in the previous section), a Viber account, and a Telegram account.
Which anyone would assume to be platforms for customer support.Â
Yet, numerous users have reported that no representative from q2567.xyz responds to their queries or concerns on these platforms.
This lack of communication, combined with the absence of direct significant contact information.
Not only raises questions about their operations but also casts doubts on their intentions and commitment to user satisfaction.
